Has my order shipped?

Click the "Your Account / Order Information" link at the top right hand side of our site to check your orders status.

My order never arrived.

 

Click the "Your Account / Order Information"  link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order status. Be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped already. If you order displays your Package Tracking Numbers, check with the shipper to confirm that your packages were delivered. If your packages each show a status of "delivered", please contact customer service for assistance.

When will my back order arrive?

 

Back ordered items are those which our suppliers are unable to predict when they will have more in stock, but as soon as they do, we will be able to ship the item to you. We will always try to let you know a delivery date as soon as we get information from our suppliers.

Changes to your order

If you have inadvertently ordered the wrong product or you need to make any changes to your order, please contact our Customer Services team immediately by calling 01293 322843. If we are given sufficient notice, we should be able to change your order prior to despatch from our warehouse.  If your order has been despatched then you will need to follow the procedures for returning the item.

Your rights to cancel

You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt of the goods. You must notify us in writing if you wish to make a cancellation. The goods must not be used and be returned to us in its original packaging. How to notify us:

 Exclusions
 The right to cancel your order does not extend to Special Order products which have been made to your specification.

For reasons of hygiene and cross infection, our returns policy does not extend to the following products if opened and/or the product has been used:

  • Mattresses
  • Toppers
  • Pillows
  • Incontinence pads
  • Urinals
  • Commodes
  • Bed pans
